The Sound of Healing from Within
What is Sound Vibration Therapy?
It is the use of both sound and vibration introduced into the body at varying frequencies to create a soothing effect integrating the body, mind and spirit into a state of peace and calm.
"Everything in Life is Vibration."
-Albert Einstein
What comes to mind when you think of a soothing quiet sound? A running brook, ocean waves crashing, chants, singing bowls? While many people are just discovering it, vibrational sound is actually a return to ancient practices. Vibration and sound sometimes called frequency are all around us every day. While we're not always aware of it, our body and mind feel the effects of these vibrations.
Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) is gentle and combines ambient sound vibration and frequency through the use of special instruments - therapeutic-grade singing bowls, designed to introduce vibration into the body opening up the flow of energy.
This non-invasive therapy has been known to reduce stress, improve focus, reduce blood pressure and heart rate, and facilitate the release of endorphins and melatonin while easing chronic pain, reducing anxiety and synchronizing the brain hemispheres. Almost all people will fall asleep at some point during the session. Clients have experienced a feeling of profound relaxation and well-being after their session.
